Refund policy

This return and refund policy applies to orders placed on firella.be. The seller is Firella, Grez-Doiceau, Belgium. Contact: laeskobe@gmail.com.

14 days to return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To use this right, send us a clear message by email to laeskobe@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

Sending the piece back

After your message, send the piece back within 14 days. Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay the cost of return postage, unless we sent you the wrong piece or the piece is defective.

Your refund

We refund all payments received for the returned pieces, including the original delivery cost if any, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal message. We use the same payment method you used for the order. We may hold the refund until we have received the piece back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Exchanges

Want another size or colour? Return the piece as described above and place a new order.

Defective or wrong pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to laeskobe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including return postage. This does not affect your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
