Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms of service apply to every order placed on firella.be (the "shop"). The shop is operated by Firella, Grez-Doiceau, Belgium. Contact: laeskobe@gmail.com.

2. Use of the shop

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have your parent's or guardian's permission, and that the details you give us are correct. You may not use the shop for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products and show them as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real piece. All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is free. Multi-buy discounts (20% off 2 pieces, 30% off 3 or more in one order) are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable; in that case we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you named, receives the parcel.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How this works is described in our Refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies under Belgian and EU consumer law. If a product is defective, contact us at laeskobe@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photos, texts and the Firella name on this shop belong to Firella. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by improper use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to us first at laeskobe@gmail.com; we answer within a few business days. You can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be / consumentenombudsman.be).

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the shop when you placed it.
